Hello,
I wanted to check some auctions to verify if I had placed them in the gallery or not. When I clicked edit to check this out, then click ok, I am returned to the Batch listing and the particular listing now is waiting for next upload. How to I check already synched auctions and not have this happen. Also, how do I get this listing back the way it was? Hope I am being clear for you.
Thank You!

Hi ramabele,
Are the auctions that you are synching scheduled auctions, or Launch Now auctions? Of course, the easiest way to check to see if they were added to the gallery would be to check before you list. If they are scheduled, you would have to unschedule them and look at the create listing page. There isn't a way to verify Gallery on an auction that is already launched besides going to eBay and looking.

When I use Ampro to batch list...Under the word "when" next upload and under the word "upload status" waiting. Then when I upload them the "when" stays as next upload and the "upload status" changes to synched. When I edited one listing to see if I had checked to use the gallery on that listing, the "upload status" changed back to waiting and it should have stayed at synched. I do not need to "synched" again. The listing is at auction now. I just wanted to verify a gallery picture without having to search each listing on Ebay to see which ones I used the gallery for. As I remember that was very time consuming. Agreed I should "check before I list" as I do, (from now on I will have to keep "another" record of auctions I used gallery on and ones I didn't..for later reference) but am unable to remember details of many "synched" auctions and I often want to recheck through Ampro an auction that is ongoing for possible "revision before closing with No bids". Programs are suppose to help you remember what you did for management later and I was just checking to see if I am wasting $ using the gallery. Hope I am clearer on this. At any rate, are you saying that Ampro is unable to help me at all once the batch has "synched"? Moreover, how do I get this listing back to read "synched" instead of "waiting"? Thank You

Hi ramabele,
If you need to check old listings, but you don't want to change anything, just click "Cancel" (instead of OK) when closing the listing editor window, and they will stay as "synched".
For those listings that are now "waiting" again, there is no way to simply move back to "synched". Listings only move from the "waiting" state to the "synched" state after being uploaded from AMPro. If you do not intend to list these listings again, please do not upload the batch holding them.

Hello,
Okay, that's clear. But in explaining this, didn't you just tell me how to "relist" a "closed" auction through Ampro? I didn't think I could relist through Ampro? That's great if I can do it. It will be so easy to go into a synched listing that closed without a bid, revise it for relist, then upload the batch again and the only listings that will upload are the "waiting" ones. Not the ones that have sold. If this is correct, please let me know as I have several batches where just one or two items didn't sell and I hardly can wait to do it this way. Will be so much quicker than through Auction Manager.
Thank You for your help!

Hi ramabele,
No, you cannot relist from AMPro. What you can do is simply launch the items again, but these will be regular listings, unrelated to the original, unsold listings. Thus, all auction site fees apply.
