I know this is all a new system and we will all work though it! My problem right now is that from the Post Sale -fulfillment checklist I can not print packing slips. If I go to post Sales- Item to ship, I can get a packing slip. Also I do not know where Ins. payments go. Please help.

When you try to print the packing slip what happens? Are you able to get it to come up at all? Do you have insurance as an option already when you send out your wbn?

With the new packing slip and shipping label format (an unpleasant surprise), I can't print anything. When I click on Print Now, it locks up my computer. When I try to print through the browser, the same thing happens. Also, I sure wish AuctionWatch would restore the boldfaced addressee's name. But that doesn't matter if I can't print anything at all. Helpppp!!

Ooops. Okay, it seems what happened was that when the shipping label and invoice glitch crashed my computer, it knocked out all the printer drivers! Restoring the drivers has fixed the problem. But that sure was annoying (and it crashed the computer FIVE times before I figured out what was wrong!) Still would like to have the addressee's name boldfaced!
