For the past 3-4 days, none of my customers have been able to use the check out link that is emailed to them from AuctionWatch.com. I am using the Verisign option for my credit card processing. Here is a copy of an error message that one of my customers got today. Please help.

Hi toddhill27,

I sent you an email earlier today. Did you get that? It appears either your User ID or your Password is incorrect. Try logging in to Verisign directly using the same login information that you have stored.

I tried that, the pass word and all of that is correct. Do you have any other suggestions. Is there any way you can call me?

Hi Todd,

If we are still unable to resolve this, we can schedule a phone call for you. Let's try one last thing though. Go to Verisign and log into your account - then come back to AuctionWatch and edit your stored username and password - simply delete whatever is there and enter it in again and save.

Ok,
I tried to delete the account and reregister it. It still did not work. I also double checked the user name and pass word and I can log on to my account with no problem. Below is a copy of the error that I get when I try to register my account. PLEASE PLEASE help to get this working.

CONNECTION_FAILED Cannot open FAST connection to tomcat.auctionwatch.com:8080 -> Connection refused (111)

The problem has been identified and Verisign processing is now back to normal.
