Can someone help please? I am new to this, and am having troubles with shipping costs. Everytime I go through it and make an auction and put in the shipping costs (maybe i am not donig that part right) it doesnt show up on the actual ebay auction. What coudl I be doing wrong? Currently I have been making the auction on AMP and then going into ebay to modify it with correct shipping.
The shipping fields will be used still in your post sale tools, but if you want them also displayed in your listing you will need to set that up in preferences.
As long as your online, go to the My Account tab and click on the Global Preferences link. From there, check the box to display your shipping options in your listings and save the change when finished.
You can access the same options via the preferences button in Pro, via the 'listing options.'
