Hello, On my last 3 auctions, my customers have not received their shipping totals with their final fee. This of course creates lots of headaches because most of them don't want to pay for shipping. I enter my shipping charges AFTER the auction is complete, and then send it. I have always done it this way. Because you don't really no how much shipping will actually be until you have the winner's zip code (ie:Alaska). I don't no why their not getting it but it's creating lots of problems.
I checked a few of your auctions and it looks like you have a second shipping and handling choice that is set at $0.00 when your WBNs go out, in addition to your normal shipping price. This may be why there sometimes is no shipping total with the auction total. Can you give me specific item numbers, if this is not correct?

Hi Sonya, Thank you for your response. Here are to recently closed auctions I would like you to look into. #1089413522 Mink Coat, & #855230338 Asian Bronze vase. Should I go into my preferences and change the "0" shipping?
The first auction is okay -- the two shipping choices you have checked there both have a monetary value. The second one however, only has a value for the first shipping choice but the second shipping choice you selected has a 0 which it looks like the customer chose. You can edit the response to choose the first shipping and handling amount -- you would just have to deselect step 2 of the fulfillment checklist, then go in to edit the response.

Hi Sonya, Thank you for your help. One question though, why is the person in the auction that is OK saying she didn't get shipping information?
