I have a new iMac (thru Virtual PC) with a fresh dowmload of the auction software. When I click on synch I get this error message "program files/auctionwatch/data/customtemplates.mapfile:" I download a photo and get the dreaded "this program has performed an illegal operation" message and then it quits or freezes...THANKS for any help, amerbs

Hi Amerbs,
You are able to synchronize an image even when you receive the error? Have you had this problem before, or is this the first time you are using Pro with Virtual PC?

Yes, I get the error message, then I go ahead and start the synch and it`ll download one picture. Then I get the "illegal" message and the Auction Manager usually quits (sometimes it`ll go on to download another pic or it freezes). I`ve used the software for a year or so with an older iMac and an older version of Virtual PC with no major problems..amerbs

Hi Amerbs,
Unfortunately we are not setup for support for Virtual PC. Since you have had it work before on an older version, I would recommend that you check the help guides for trouble shooting Virtual PC errors. There should be some tips on how to deal with PC program errors.
