#1. How does one request a refund?

#2. I remember a while back how difficult it was to request a credit, is it better now?

Hello,

You may request a refund through our refund request form, available at this URL:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

The URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement.

We will be handling refunds on a case-by-case basis, so please be as clear and concise in detailing the problem as possible.

The refund request system has not changed thus far.

Thanks for the information, however it still takes 3 weeks to get a refund from AW. eBay and Paypal are much much faster. Why on earth does it take this long? Still waiting for two refunds this month.
