Hi, I have great problems with the auction manger pro, since I formatted my harddisc.
I saved all dates on a CD, but when I try to take it back to my new harddisc, I get the message "AktiveX can't create object".
Then I tried to download the ampro again from your homepage, but got the message, that I downloaded the wrong exe-dates.
What shall I do ???

The size of the downloaded ampro.exe file should be exactly 8,029,227 bytes. After a correct download, please proceed with installing it in the same location on your hard drive.

Hi,
thanks for your fast reaction. When I download the ampro.exe again,
I get the message "The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run, has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of this file, verify its integrtity and try again".
I don't know what to do -- and I can't place new auctions on Ebay without the ampro.exe. Please help !!!

Hi Betinabauer,
First, please check that the file you managed to download initially was indeed incomplete. The exact size of the ampro.exe file should be 8,029,227 bytes. If the file you downloaded is not that exact size, please delete the existing ampro.exe and download again.
Before you download again, please clear the cache of your browser. The incomplete file from the first failed attempt might be stored there and get in the way of a proper download now - thus causing a failed installation. You should also make sure that no download manager or other background task is running in the background.
Be sure to choose to "save to file" when downloading, and please check again the file size when it finishes. If the size is correct, please try the installation again using the saved file.
