Down loaded AWPro 4 times. Program seem to install and I get desktop icon, but when I click on icon to launch program, I receive error message "Ampro has caused an error in DWSTG.DLL. Ampro will now close. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer". Restarting computer does no solve problem. HELP

Was the program up and running on your machine, and stopped working, or are you running into trouble getting it to work the first time out?
Additionally, you may want to try downloading the software to another location other than your current default. Send it to your My Documents folder versus your desktop, or vise versa depending on your current download location.
Be sure to disable any programs running in the background before you download/install the software also, sometimes antivirus software can corrupt the program during the download/install process.

Hi Mlongdick,
If this does not work, we have another workaround available. The workaround is to manually delete the existing DWSTG.DLL
from the WINNT\SYSTEM32 or WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder (the location depends on
the type of Windows), then install AMPro again. The DWSTG.DLL file was installed by another program that you have on your computer. By removing the old one, there is a chance that the program that had the other DWSTG.DLL might not work.
