Yes I am getting an error saying my
error in preferences ... Go to auction watch and check your preferences and I go there and everything is correct . could you please help m e

Hi Bargainsmore,

Try quitting AMPro, reopening the program, and synchronizing immediately. If the synchronization does not work, copy and paste the details of the error in this thread so we can take a look.

Hi there...
well the first few times .. the error message said ...
problem with syncronization.. please go to auctionwatch and check your preferences..I did that .. and they were the same as I have them in the pro manager..preferences..
A friend told me to uninstall it and reinstall it back and I did that and now I cannot get it to open at all...

Hi Bargainsmore,

If you can't get it to open again, you will need to download a new copy of the software. Here is a link to the download:

To ensure a smooth download and installation process, make sure that you select the "save to disk" option. Before you download, please close all open applications (such as virus checkers or firewall software) that may interfere with the download process.

If you continue to get the same error message after doing this, please let me know.

ok... now ..I did that and still cant get it to open .. are there steps to take besides downloading it over top of the previous download .. I went to add/remove programs ...a nd uninstalled and and then reinstalled it from the website again ..
are there files that should be deleted from the registry?

Hi Bargainsmore,

Please check your stored eBay information in your My Account tab and make sure you've got all the correct information there. Also check what you have in Auction Manager Pro. Let me know if this works.
