Hi,
I just went to global preferences on the AW site and changed my shipping options. I set it so that I am using all four spaces. The 2 regular and the custom. Then I went to AW pro on my desk top and opened it up to check off the same options there. Only to find that Aw pro on my desk top only has 3 choices. Will the customer have 3 or 4 choices? Will what I did on the Aw web site take presidence over what is in AW pro on my desktop? I tried to auto snyc and it still has not changed. Please tell me my customers will have 4 choices now that I spent a few hours figuring out all my new shipping rates and changing all my auction templates to reflect that. If anyone knows please clue me IN ASAP. Thanks in advance!

Hi Johncino,
AMPro has not yet been updated with the new shipping choices, which is why only three fields are shown. If you would like to have four choices then what you would need to do is upload your batch, scheduled for a future launch date. Then when it gets to pending, undo the launch, and go in and edit it and choose the shipping fields.

Thanks for the speedy response. I followed your instructions and it did work, but that really is a pain in the neck to have to do all the time. Do you have any idea when it will be fixed? Thanks!
