I am very disappointed in the post-sale management. I can't get any of the features to sync with one another. The shipping charges show up as TBD even though I have put them in the listing AND edited the WBN and saved it. Neither WBN send function works, and I just tried to send a item shipped notice and it said "error in sender address," but there is no place to put or edit a sender address. HELP!

Hi kokonas,

The WBN's might not be sending due to an incorrect email address listed in your Auction Site Accounts section for eBay. Make sure that the email address that you have listed at eBay matches what you have stored. The shipping will show TBD until the buyer selects what shipping option they are going to use.
