We do not list our shipping cost in the WBN. We email the customer with ship/insurance costs after they provide their zip. That means only the selling price is in the "credit" box in post sale.
How do I edit the total amount due to include shp/ins? I would like to match the AW post sale amount with the checks/M.O.s I receive.

Hi mrsditty,
You can edit the amounts by going to the post sale screen, and clicking on Edit for the WBN. Edit the shipping total, and either save or resend. The total will only show in Post sale if the buyer completes the WBN.
