Hello,
I just posted an auction, in the same manner I always do, using AMPro. The auction posted successfully but there are absolutley no images. Yes, I attached the images and the synch was fine, just no images!

Auction number in question is:
eBay 2102615017

I would appreciate immediate help regarding this issue.

Thanks,
Greg Williams

Hi RetroBargains,

The URL for the images are incorrect. The URL is "http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/Award3.JPG". Did you use the attach method to insert your images, or did you use HTML?

Hello Brian,
Thanks for responding. Actually that auction was totally screwed up and out of desperation I tried re-writing the HTML from a successful auction the day before and realized the links to the images was different. I even tried deleting the images from your end, synching AMPro to delete the images locally and then reloading the images in AMPro and synching again. Didn't work.

Ultimately this auction was dependent on the images and therefore I had to close the auction and totally start it over again. Lost some money on that one (eBay and AW fees).

The current auction ID # 2102867603 launched with no problems using AMPro and the reloaded images. I always attach the images from within AMPro.

I don't know what happened on your end when I launched the auction under eBay ID # 2102615017, a hiccup maybe, but neither the images or my storefront template appeared. The template that you currently see on the closed auction 2102615017 was my attempt at re-writing the HTML; that part worked fine, just the images were in a different location.

This is the only auction I have ever had problems with in all of the auctions I have posted with AMPro. Again, maybe it was just a glitch.

Thanks,

Greg Williams
