I christopher. I sent you a message a few days ago about a runtime error message.
Today when I tried to start the AMP I got this from Windows.
A fatal exception has occured at 0167:BFF9DFFF. The current application will be terninated.
And then KERNAL 32 caused a general protection fault in module USER. EXE at 0003:00003987.
I do not know what is going on with the AMP program, but I haven't been able to get any auctions going in weeks. Will uninstalling the AMP and installing it again help? I have never had any problems before with AMP so please get back to me as soon as possible so I can get back back to work.
If you have already tried restarting your computer, then go ahead and relaod the AMPro software to address this error.
Be sure to use the Add/Remove programs option in your windows control panel when you do. This will be sure to save your inventory and images/batches.
On a side note, if you have just started to run any new programs on your machine when this error started - try disabling them first and launch - it is possible they are conflicting with Pro.
