What is going on I can't bulk load tonight says bad server response. This has been a problem earlier today and I had to redo it a few times before it worked.
Save your batches and close out of the program software. Exit your internet conneection, and restart your computer. Unless you have made any changes or installed any new software since you last were able to synch, you should still be able to do so without error.
I did as you suggested and just received the same message:
Synchronization failed-General server error
We could not find an Internet connection.
Please check your Internet connection and try the sync process again.
Um, I am reading and typing this to you while "online" on my internet connection. I have not changed anything at all on my computer, so my tec hubby says it is AW.
Please check the AMPro proxy settings - menu entry "Edit > Preferences > Connection". In case the proxy is checked, you might want to uncheck it, or update its host/port.
