I just upgraded to 3.75 version, I know, a little behind here. Just creating my first auction using the new version. I do not want to use the WBN service. I cannot get the auction into the batch without filling in shipping option one and two, I do not want to do this. How do I disable this feature.
I have been all over the site and cannot find a place to turn this feature off.
Make sure that you do not have the automatic WBN feature checked off in Pro. For shipping options, also make sure you do not have an option selected -- if you put it at "Choose One" then it should be okay.
Thanks, I went back in and checked on everything and I have nothing checked on the WBN and I have no shipping options checked. I was starting to pull my hair out (which is bad, bad, don't have a lot left) when my husband asked me to open the drop down menu on that option in the auction listing, he noticed the choose one option, I clicked that and it worked. Gee, I hate it when that happens, I look and look and look, then he comes along and finds it! AHHHHHHH
Anyway, thanks, it looks like I may have it covered.
