Unfortunately there is no way to change your existing user name -- you will need to open a new account under a different email address with the account name you want to use.

I wanted to do the same thing without having to relist the 1600 items in my storefront. Unfortunately, no can do...it does not make sense to me either.

Please help me change my USER NAME! I don't want my store listed under my USER NAME! When I signed up for this, I didn't know I would have to use my user name in the URL of the store! Guess I don't want a store!

Welcome to the club. Often I use an expletive as either a password or username luckily I didn't this time. When I joined AW there were no storefronts now I'm stuck with davebraun instead of my business name. The workaround is yourname.com with a forward to AW/blahblahblah.binwhatever
