is there anyway to edit a launched auction? using sales manager or sales manager pro? or do i have to go into ebays revise listing and do it that way. weeding thru the html and other mess.
The only place you can edit an active eBay listing is at eBay directly. There is unfortunately no way to make changes to the content from outside of their system.
You can add images to the listing from here, just not make changes.

How do you add an image from AW after the auction has started.
Also, how long is the download time on the new 4.0 AMPro
Thanks

Hi Ladyjewels2000,
Outlined below are two ways in which you can attach images to your existing auctions.
1. From Sales Manager, click on the "Manage Images" link. Check the box of the image(s) you wish to add under the select column. Click the "Attach Image" button on the bottom of the page, verify your image, and click "Continue". You will then come to a page that contains a box or block of HTML. Copy and paste the entire box of HTML into the description box of the auction revision form, being very careful not to alter any pre-existing HTML that may be in this field.
2. From our legacy Image Hosting service:
To access, click the Image Hosting tab, and select the image you want to attach to your auction. Click the "Attach Image" button at the bottom of the page. On the next page, select the auction site from the drop-down menu, and click the "Existing Auction" radio button. The next page will require you to enter the user ID, password, auction number, or if "Other Auction Site" was selected from the drop-down menu, you will need to copy and paste the HTML code into the auction revision form.
The download time for SMPro varies, depending on your computer connection. It is an 8MB download.
