Hi here a real "dilly" for you at A.W. I had listed 8 items, took a break. came back started a new listing "ONLY ONE ITEM!"
Then I realised It was to launch so I launched my 8 items then I went to launch the single one (yes it was saved) and my first 8 items showed up!!!! under the file title for my last item!! what the heck happened! I can't find my last write up listing any where. Yes I saved, them all.

Hi gypsygrams,
I'm not really sure what happened - but it's possible that you have in fact saved the batch with 8 items twice under 2 different names.
This might have happened because, when trying to save the only item, it was the large batch in fact which was active (the window to the fore); thus, when clicking "Save Batch As" it got saved again with the new name.

O.K. IT LOOKS LIKE i COULD HAVE DONE THIS SOME HOW , SO DOES THIS MEAN MY LISTED ITEM IS GONE THAT I SAVED? IF NOT HOW DO I FIND IT?

sorry these questions are for my Sale Manager Pro v.40ProblemsThis will be hard to do as I uninstalled it again, because this is what i would have been told to do by a.w. so I took this step right now thats were it sits, uninstalled! But I read other peoples problems here on this and they all sound the same you do and illegal thing this program will shut down,and it does and every thing or any thing that I was working on disappears, because I was still working on the listing I couldn't save until completed. If I down load again from where do I down load ?

Hi Gypsygrams,
If you open up Pro and go to File, and select open and go to the batches folder, you will see all saved batches. If you don't remember what you named the batch, I recommend opening anything that looks duplicated.

Sonya, I have done this, check all my files saved, I guess its just gone with the many others I have lost in the past and now again with this "NEW V4.0"

Bit of a mix up here my doing. I have two problems going! One with a lost listing which I am forgetting to solve any more and the other problem is Sale Manager Pro V4.0 I have uninstalled it now I'd like to reinstall "BUT" don't no just were to find this to do.

Hello Sonya, I found the place to reload the Sale Manager Pro V4.0 ,its done "now I will see if it "WORKS!" hopefully you won't hear from me again...."HUM" (like maybe it'll work properly!) cross your fingers. I'm gone to try listing again!
