When attempting to synchronize auction....fails everytime!!!!!!! I followed instructions that Chris from CS gave me to the letter! Someone please help!

What is the error that you get? Please copy and paste what you get when you click on the Details button -- or if it is in another post let me know which one so that I can familiarize myself with the problem.

Here is the error message I receive after clicking "AuctionSync"....
Synchronization failed - General server error
There is a problem with starting the AuctionSync process.
Please check the Announcements page on the AuctionWatch site.
