I was wondering if I can add the shipping amount for my own records in the post sale area (#2 button)... I notice it only has the closed auction price and doesn't seem to be any way to add the shipping. (I don't want to use the WBN letter, I have my own)

Hi Kittiekat13,
You can modify step 1 of the Post Sale process and include your shipping specifications. Make sure you save what you have done -- you do not have to send the WBN. I hope this helps!

Hi Kitycat, I found out how to do this yesterday. In Postsales management make sure that the winning bidder response is "unchecked". Then go up to "Send winning bidder notification (WBN) and click on edit. There you can enter your customers information as well as enter your shipping fees. Besure to click the save button after you do this. After you are finished, you can re-check the "Winning bidder response" box if you'd like.
