I just received a printout from a customer for a DVD that he bought on Ebay. He printed out his confirmation page for this auction. It shows $0 for shipping even though it has $14 USPS Priority. The item number is 1362859488 What is the problem with this software? I am getting constant requests for how much is shipping charges or they do not pay us at all for shipping.
I checked out the auction you referenced and it looks like you had a second shipping option on that auction that has USPS at $0.00. Your customer probably selected that thinking that you offered free shipping on the item. You may want to review your shipping choices when creating auctions as well as prior to sending out the WBN to make sure you don't have zeros set as a shipping option.
