Hi well I'm back, I don't intend to just fade away, I feel like I am. I have been struggling with the 3.75 I get to load a few items then every thing crashes and disappears, in a second! To night I've have been sitting here for 2 -1/2hours trying to list items "NO" item, "ONE" item in 2-1/2 hours boy this really gets better and better!
Yes I have done 3 total shut downs. uninstalled reinstalled , I even turned my chair 3 times clock wise, for "Luck!" "LOL"
Whats next! "Hopelessness," Just enough to cause someone to do something very drastic!
"HELP!" I am totally frustrated with all of this A.W. my patience has past "HUGH!"
"Sorry," but that's just were this program has put me.

Hi gypsygrams,
We are actively looking into what could be the cause of your problems. The symptoms point to a Windows resource allocation issue, and we try to determine if there is any patch that would fix the problem, or on the contrary a conflicting program which helps make it worse.
In the meantime, please try to follow these rules while working with SMPro:
- when editing, keep just one batch open at once; i.e., open the batch, edit its items, upload perhaps, then close it before opening another one for editing. You can have multiple open batches when synchronizing.
- keep just one listing opened at once
- if you work with profiles, do not open more than one at once.
Please let us know if doing this helps with the time SMPro is able to run without crashing.

Thanks for your info,
I work with only "ONE" batch at a time, impossible to even try to work with more. I don't have multiple open batches open when I synchronize. I am very lucky if I get 1 OR 2 items at one time in ONE BATCH, saved and Synchronized!
I only work on ONE item at a time!(this takes hours)because it disappears and I have to do a complete shut down of my computer or uninstall the program and reinstall it or some thing just to try to get ONE item listed!
This program has only one rule, it just wants to disppear when ever it feels like it!
