Hi there,

I am not able to edit or add new profiles at all. Each time I try to edit or add I get an error message and the program shuts down. Help! I did try to change the default profile in my ebay site specifics by saving the category preference but this did not seem to make any difference.

Hello,

Unfortunately, if you have already restarted your machine and that has not cleared this error, reloading the software is the next step.

The 4.1 version of the Sales Manager Pro is now available, and I would suggest downloading that to install over the copy you have now.

You refer to SMP 4.1... is this different than the other newly released 4.0 (which is working perfect for me)?

Hi Kittie,

SMPro 4.1 includes USPS zoned rate shipping support, i.e. items launched with SMPro 4.1 can include USPS Priority (calculated) as a shipping option.
