I can't seem to move items that are being processed from one folder to the other in the Post Sale section. When I enter a payment, the payment is not always held on the item, the next time I look at it it's not showing, why?? Also then the item does not move to the 'items to ship folder' when I have marked it paid nor does it show up in the 'awaiting payment' folder? This used to work fine in the old software, is there some change?
Also when I mark individual items for shipment the same happens. Some of the items I have marked as shipped are still sitting in the 'items to ship' folder.
With regard to the payments is there a way of editing the item to correct shipping payments? Mostly customers don't fill out the shipping info properly and then the payments do not balance.

Hi Kirsten,
If you are doing the post sale keys in order, they should move from folder to folder. Regarding the payment problem, if you deselect step 2 of the WBN, you can then edit the response of the winner. I hope this helps.
