Hi
I have an auction that "lost" it's weight?
The wbn will not send without a weight even though I changed my preferences to not required, earlier tonight. Can you tell me where to add the weight so I can send the wbn. I've looked but seem to be missing it.

Which auctions are you referring to? Is it the order that you have combined? If so, when you listed those auctions, did you have USPS calculated as a shipping option on them?

Yes, it was a combined auction and yes, I believe so... I have since worked around the problem and archived the items. but would like to know how to handle this in the future.
