I put in my user ID and Password just as I do on the web and I still do not get passed the setup wizard asking for the password and ID. I had deleted the previous version and deleted the sub directories before installing 4.1, Could this have something to do with this problem?
Removing the old version should have nothing to do with the program not accepting your ID and password. Just be sure you are logging in as an existing user and using the exact same username and password as you do when logging in online.
That is interesting - the program should install with the connect using proxy option disabled (this *should* be something that you need to enable yourself.) Can you let us know if the program installed with the connect using proxy option enabled, and whether you had ever enabled this option in the past?

I did not check the proxy setting, I just installed the software and then had to uncheck connect using proxy to get it running.
