This is getting old. I have less than 10,000 images on the site, I cannot delete any more than I have. I need to get a batch up and I am getting the same message, saying synchronisation failed, there is a problem with image synchronisation. It is not a specific image since images are all synched.
I need to get this batch up TONIGHT!

Please help and make sure I don't get timed out anymore.

This is the message I get:
Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please go to www.AuctionWatch.com and check your images.

Hello,

I have noticed that you managed to upload your listings later in the day. Please let us know if you are still having trouble.

Also, please note that the current SMPro version supports an unlimited number of images.

Still having problems today with 2 more loads.

I will NOT use SMPRO since it is not well suited for my business model. I am working as fast as I can to get my website up and running so unless AW can help me, I'll be gone very soon. I cannot deal with these hassles anymore.

Hi Mimi,

You are using SMPro already. Perhaps your confusing it with the Sales Manager Business Edition software. (which is included in your current payment plan, and more geared towards larger volumes & why it was created)

I have not changed over to v. 4 because I don't want to have to deal with resynching it all, it will take too long.

Meanwhile, this is not answering my question.

Hi Mimi,

You at least need to use the most recent version. We have addressed issues you are currently having already, but you need to use the software that was released to address those issues or we really cannot help. I don't know what you mean by resynching, the upgrade will not require you do synch anymore than you already do each time. When the program sees you already have those images and updates, your done, just like now.

Christopher,
Every time you have released a new version, I have installed it but then all pics have to be downloaded from the site, i.e. 9500 of them, that usually takes over 24 hours.

How can I avoid having to do this?

Hello,

If you install SMPro in the exact same location as your current one (over the old one basically) then the images won't download again. You can also install it in a different location, and then just copy the images locally from the images folder of the old installation to the one in the new installation. That way you won't have to download all the images again.

Regards,

Sonya
