Any time I try to create a new profile while I have a batch open - I get shutdown with the MSVBVM60.DLL error. On other occassions over the past week or so, the program just shuts down with no error message. I have started saving my batch file every 2-3 entries...but I should not have to be doing this. Never had the same problem with previous versions of AMP.

Actually, I find that I have to re-install the software every 2-3 months. For some reason as time goes by, operation of the program slows down the more I use it. That is: while creating batches, the time period from when I click to create a new item until the new blank form opens up very, very slowly gets longer and longer. When I use a fresh downloaded version, it's nearly instantaneous...after about 60 days (of daily use) it might take 8-10 seconds. I have always attributed this to some odd behaviour of Windows ME - which I have never really liked but came pre-installed on my computer. So every two months or so, I have to download a fresh version of AMP and all is fine - for 60 days or so. The only real hassle with having to do this is it takes a long time to either move my images or resynch them with the web site.
