Hi, I cannot launch an item from Inventory to Auction because the drop-down menu for venue choice is missing. The item is set up for eBay, the eBay symbol is showing. However, when I attempt to schedule a launch, I'm getting the message that item is not set-up. It is set-up, I cannot select a venue. Any help? Thank you.
The error message saying it is not setup should not mean you have not selected a venue. Click on the title for this item in inventory and verify that you still have the category selected, and shipping options present if you have a carrier listed.

Again, the drop-down venue selection menu is *missing*. Just not there. So I'm told I have not selected a venue.
The item is 100% set up for eBay including category, weight, etc..
I think the problem may be that I set up the item in AWBE but saved it to inventory for use at a later date.
It's long process to do this -- I must create the item in AWBE, launch it to "Pending", "unlaunch" the item, edit the item then save it to inventory. A real pain because AWBE cannot send off-line inventory to on-line inventory.
