Is it still possible to custom design your own templates? If yes,. where do i go

Hi Secondmoon,

You can customize a template theme with an image layout from the selections available -- is that what you were referring to? You can get to it through either ebay site specifics or through the create listing page. There will be a green button there called "create custom template" you can click on to get to the template customization page.
