Hi Gwawgle,
The error message you are receiving when attempting to synchronize indicates that there may be a problem with one or more of your image files.
In order to diagnose which image file(s) are causing the sync error, please try the following:
1. After closing all batches, click the "AuctionSync" icon in the lefthand toolbar.
2. Click the Details button after synchronization starts. This will give you a detailed log of which specific images and/or preferences are being synchronized.
3. When the synchronization halts, you should see an indicator in the details log that will tell you which image file halted the synchronization process.
4. Once you have the image file name, try deleting it from the image bar in AM Pro. Repeat this process until all images are synchronized.
You may upload the image(s) that were halting synchronization directly to our website using the Image Hosting page, and then reimport them into SM Pro after they are online. This way, those particular images will not need to go through the synchronization process.

I have tried again and got a little further. The second time It was able to get to image 4 before stoping Now I am up to image 10.
I have been using Auctionwatch for close to two years now.
I do this every week with no problems. Suddenly a problem. I am using the same equipment.
I feel this is a problem on your end that needs to be addressed instead of telling me to do other things.
Please advise of you system problem and when it will be corrected.
Gigi
Are these images that Pro is stopping on, images that already are uploaded and online? Or are they images that you are trying to upload? Also, what version are you using. This error is not a system problem, it is basically a conflict with the image upload that can be corrected easily.

I am using 4.0 and these images have not been uploaded before. I have made several more attempts and get about 3 images uploaded per attempt. So what is the problem.
Gigi
If you are uploading a batch, try uploading just the images instead. You can do this by selecting the images in the image bar and clicking on AuctionSync.

I tried auto sync. Did not work. I am now trying for the second time to upload from Image hosting feature on Auction watch. IF this is not a problem on your end then what is it?

I just succesfully upload a few images. Why am I forced to to it this way what is the problem.
I am loosing my sense of humor. Everytime I click on upload to finish, it shows me the photos I just loaded. Not the upload screen. What is the problem!!!

Are you behind a firewall, or a proxy? That might be affecting your Pro image uploads.
If you keep seeing the last image you upload, try scrolling down to see if there are more upload fields. If you don't see any, then go to the Sales Manager tab and upload using Manage Images instead. That should eliminate the problem.

Apparently you are not hearing what I am saying. My computer, my Isp, My dest, My Chair, my camera, Nothing has changed. And this system is not working all of a sudden. Why do I even have to go to auctionwatch on line to upload my images. I sould be able to use the upload on the program on my harddrive like I have been doing. Check my records I have been doing the same thing for almost two years and now it is not working. Can you answer my question. I have now spent 3 hours trying to uploading 47 auction with no success. Thats not funny. What is wrong? My sense of humor is not long gone!!!!
Gigi
I apologize, there appears to be a problem with our connection to your ISP. You may want to try contacting them to see if everything is okay, or maybe try a different access number. You may also want to doublecheck your computer again for firewall software.
