I'm still having problems.
I've contacted my ISP and there doen't seem to be any problems with my connection.
I'm getting this error...
Start banner synchronization.
Number of successful listing uploads: 0.
Synchronization failed - Unable to resolve server name
There is a problem with starting the AuctionSync process.
Please check the Announcements page on the AuctionWatch site.
For months everything has been working just fine and nothing has changed with my system. I can't figure out what is going on. But I did notice that on August 8, someone else posted having the exact same problem that I'm having. This makes me think that it's an AuctionWatch problem and not an ISP problem.
I need someone from AuctionWatch to figure out what's wrong ASAP. Thanks.
I have contacted my ISP (charter communications) and now have contacted my router manufacturer (linksys). Charter told me that perhaps the rounter is blocking the communication to Auctionwatch. Charter said that they do not use proxy. I spoke with Linksys and they said that the port to auctionwatch may have been closed. They said they could open the port if they knew the port information. Can you give me the port information or can I call you and perhaps you can walk me through this port information in the Linksys software to re-establish the communication. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks.
