Hi there! I don't know about anyone else, but I am VERY FRUSTRATED about the 2 days of system outages. Both on 8/21 and on 8/22, auctionwatch was not viewable - no pix in auctions for 2 days during busy hours - unable to access storefront on 8/22, and the loss of bids due to this! The majority of bids on my auctions come in at the end of the auction. The last hour or so is when people really start to bid. That was not possible, because they could not view what they were purchasing. As I said earlier, VERY FRUSTRATED! Sellers: please feel free to use this post for gripes! I think it is only fair that auctionwatch offer some sort of compensation for this problem. I understood one day - it happens. But 2 days straight?!? Good grief!

Here is an email from one of my international buyers. He got into the store later, but was very frustrated:
"Hello baylor45,
it's been a while... Today I wanted to check you Electric Vehicle ads at your shop again, but I was not successful to see the pictures you put to your offers - is there something wrong or does my computer fail? Please advise. Thanks for your efforts and many greetings from Erlangen, Germany"
Ads that have been closing with no photos = no sales. People don't want to buy a vintage ad that they cannot see.
Hoping for clear sailing the rest of the week.

I was told via email we would be issued refunds... for a VERY SMALL block of time... still, some sort of compensation for... THE FRUSTRATION!
