Hello Auction watch,
I am using Sales Manager 4.2 and this is about the tenth time I have gotten an "illegal operation" error message right in the middle of building an auction.
Is there something I can do ahead of time to avoid this problem? Should I reboot my computer before using the program? Or should I save my work every few minutes?
It's not the error message that annoyes me as much as the time that's wasted building auctions and having to do them all over again.

Hi Doormat,
Are you behind a proxy or a firewall? Is there anything else running at the same time as Pro or is that the only program open? Also has this happened since downloading 4.2 or is it a new occurance?
Of course, saving your work from time to time (perhaps saving the batch after each listing is completed) is a good idea.
When you get the error message, could you please check if there is more information about it (the error number, or the module)? Also, what type of Windows are you using?
