When you added the new features, I lost my post sale messages. When I was re-doing them it keeps telling me the indentifiers in my WBN and WBN reminder are wrong. I didn't put them in, you did, and they look right to me. Also, I edited my default for my Shipping message, becasue that was lost too, now it appears to be correct in my post sale options, but when I look at it before I send it to a customer, it is your defalut message, HELP!

That is all that is there! I have NOT touched this. This is the way it has been since I have been doing this and the indentifiers were put in by AW. There was not a probelm until this change. Also, what about the second half of my question. I cannot keep typing out my shipment mesaage. It is correct in post sale options, but not when I go to actually send it.
Indeed, with the new features a new check on the validity of identifiers has been added. In your defaults, the WBN includes %%littleofeverything%% and the WBN Reminder includes %%Winner%; these are the invalid identifiers.
As for the second problem, when you send a new shipment notification, it should copy the new defaults. If you edit an existing notification, the old values are still shown.
