I want to send a mail shot to my customer list. I have all email addresses saved in the Unfiled folder - all 3000+! Is there a way for me to remove duplicate addresses which occur when one buyer has bought on several occasions.....or can I sort the folder so that all duplicates are together and then erase them somehow?
I do not want to send the same email umpteen times to the same buyer!

Hi Pussyfoot,
Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to sort them by email address. You'd have to delete any duplicates that you might recognize offhand. You could also create a new folder and move emails there manually and exclude the duplicates that way.
