HI I HAVE TRIED TO FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR RUNNING TWO IDS. NOW I HAVE DOWNLOADED AT LEAST SEVEN COPIES. THEY ARE ALL MIXED UP, AND I NEVER SEEM TO BE ABLE TO OPEN BOTH. I TRIED GIVING THEM SEPARATE FILE NAMES, AND THIS DOESN;T SEEM TO WORK.
SHOULD I UNINSTALL EVERYTHING? I HAVE INFO I DON'T WANT TO LOSE. CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY TIPS ON STRAIGHTENING OUT THIS MESS. THANKS SO MUCH!!

Hello,
When installing multiple copies, please use the same SMPro kit for all locations. You just need to download the kit once; when asked, please choose to save the file to disk.
Then, use the saved file to install to all locations. You need to run the installation program twice, once for each location. You will probably choose to install once to the default location ('C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch'), and then to a second location of your choice (such as 'C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch2') while also choosing to create a different program group name (for instance, 'Sales Manager Pro2').
