Hi,
I have just joined Auction Watch and am struggling with something. Every time I put that I want the auction to begin at 7pm in sales manager pro and click OK it reverts to 7am. If there is anybody out there that can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi divett,
Please make sure that your computer is showing the time properly; you might want to check the Control Panel entries named 'Date/Time' and 'Regional Options > Time'.
If you set the time in the listing to 7pm, what do you see, after clicking OK, inside the 'When' column of the batch? Do you need to open the same listing again to have the time revert to 7am, or it is already modified in the batch column?

I 'schedule Launch' for Mon, Sept2 at 7:00pm
then hit the 'OK'tab.
The batch then shows then ThatBatch.awb shows the 'when' as 'Next Upload'
When I open that item in the batch again, it shows as Mon, Sept2 at 7:00am.
I' tried to save the whole batch and not,--- same thing every time.
My regional settings are OK.

Hi divett,
Thanks for the extra info. It seems that your computer considers Mon, Sept2 at 7:00pm Pacific Time as being a date in the past; this is why 'Next Upload' is listed in the batch.
Could you please check:
- if the date, time and especially time zone are set correctly on your computer
- what happens if you try set an auction to Tue, Sept3 at 7:00pm? At what point will you start to see the actual date, instead of 'Next Upload', in the batch column?

Hi gellenburg,
I have adjusted the date to further ahead and it shows up in the when column as the right date and not next upload. However it is still 7am. How do I put in 1900 hours to make it revert to 7pm all I get is the time listings that I can use and it won't allow me to put in a different time.

In the same spot where you would type "07:00", just type "19:00". It's in the lower-right hand corner of the Launch Queue.
And, the problem is actually in Sales Manager BE, not Sales Manager Pro.
(I use both, and actually create my inventories and batches in Sales Manager Pro but actually launch from Sales Manager BE - the Inventory and Batch screens are much more streamlined in Pro as opposed to BE, but BE provides better PSM features.)
Upon further examination though, it sounds like you were using BE, too. I just looked, and it's darn near next to impossible to enter the wrong time in Pro because Pro doesn't allow you to enter your own time [well, it does, but you have to pick and choose from a drop-down box which lists the times in 5 minute increments] so it sounds like you were using BE all along.
So, if you're using BE (which it sounds like you are), in the "Items to Launch" queue window, just to the left of the "Upload" button, move your mouse over the "hour" and it will highlight, and just type in "19".

I am using Pro and am absolutely setting the time by the five minute interval clock for 7pm and press ok to finish the item. Then I have gone back to the item to check to see that the time is correct and everytime it has reverted to 7am.

Like I said in my earlier reply, I launch from SMBE (which is why I was confused there for a moment) and experienced the same symptoms there.
That's so bizarre given the fact that the choices are made for you (eg. the drop-down box; one can't enter an arbitrary time).
Sounds like AW software development really needs to improve their QA testing and release patches or a new version which fix both of the bugs you and I are experiencing.
