Even after I reset active counters, I can't get BIN'd auctions to move into post sale management. Please advise.

The best way to get your BIN auctions to move to closed in a more timely manner is to use Mailstep. For more information on this, click here.

Hi -
But that will make all of my eBay email go to auctionwatch. All of the questions I get from sellers, etc. I do NOT like that plan.

How else can I get my BIN'd auctions to move to post-auction status?

Hello Tracy,

Note that Mailstep is a relay only - this means that your email will still go to your regular email address, it will just be relayed through our system so that we will be able to easily detect the closing of a BIN item.

I've just become aware that this could also be due to the eBay API, which apparently has been having trouble since earlier today.
