Two of my auctions ended yesterday. When I checked the WBN the buyers received, I discovered the wrong shipping charge, $5.00 was in the checkout page. This is despite the fact that I have changed this to $6.00. Any help with this problem would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,
Note that changed made to your shipping preferences will not affect auctions that are already created. In order to avoid this, you would need to edit the WBN for your active auctions. You can do this by clicking Active in Sales Manager, then select your item and click "set WBN" - on the next page you will be able to edit the WBN to reflect the correct shipping amount.
