I find the new NPBA and FVFCR feature quite handy. For some reason I have had a deluge of deadbeats recently. I do have some comments though:

1. After you fill in the FVFCR on the eBay page, it asks you if you want to add this user to your "blocked bidder list". I always did this and am having to do this manually now. Could you add this?

2. Before when you clicked on the Non-paying Bidder link, you were asked if you wanted to relaunch the item. Where did this convenient step go? I'm now having to manually go into inventory and adjust the quantity and then launch the item. If I'm sending the FVFCR through Auction Watch Post Sale, shouldn't it automatically adjust the quanity for me and add the item back into my inventory? Or am I missing something here?

3.Instead of telling me how many days until I can send a notice, I personally would prefer to know how many days I have left before I am unable to send the notice. (Count down the 45 days for NPBA and 60 days for FVFCR) I would never send a NPBA in just 7 days! I usually wait at least 3 weeks. Anyone else feel this way?

And on an unrelated note...Is anyone else having problems with pictures disappearing on items in your inventory?

That's all for now,
LJ Warren

There is similar functionality in the profile for how many days to wait for a WBN reply before sending a reminder. I would like to see it handled this way, i.e. I want to specify my policy consistent with the disclaimers in my ads.

I do, in fact, send NPBA's after 7 days, and I state so in my ads. I only offer online payments, too. So there is no reason for the delay in processing.

I don't do $0 down layaways.

I didn't used to have to do this, but eBay has gotten worse of late.

Hi
I, too, send NPBs after 7 days. I got tired of hanging onto things for months without payment.
I would like to see #1 & 2 of LJ's comments implimented (I don't seem to be able to spell today!)
On a similar note, I set up the automatic reminders and either I was dense or something is a miss. One of my bidders who did not respond to the WBN was sent a contact reminder even though the item was marked a paid and shipped. It seems to me a simple if statement in the code would have the contact reminder sent if payment had not been received.
Can this be cleared up?
Thanks
Paula
