Why doesn't inventory created in AMPro synch with site inventory? Is there a workaround and/or will this be resolved?

SM Pro was not designed to synch with online inventory as it has its own inventory system. Most users who prefer to upload from Pro use the offline inventory.
We will log your inquiry as a suggestion. The only way to work around this currently is to take the following steps:
- Upload your batch, with listings scheduled to launch at a later date.
- Once uploaded, bulk unschedule the listings.
- Click into each listing, check the 'save to inventory' option, and re-schedule the listing. The listing will now be saved in your online inventory.

If the whole idea of AMPro is to be able to manage offline (as it's presented in the marketing), how could inventory, the core of your sales data, be left out?
Perhaps the reason "Most users who prefer to upload from Pro use the offline inventory." is because they have no choice. Why wouldn't you want inventory in synch?
Is this considered an issue to be addressed, or simply something on the "suggestion" list?
________
Another Question, since items are uploaded to the storefront, those items now appear in inventory. If I delete those items from the online inventory, will it affect the local inventory at synchronization?
Thanks

Hi Sourcefactor,
The request for complete inventory synchronization is on the list to be evaluated by Product Development.
Regarding your second question -- if you are removing the item from inventory and you synchronize pro, it won't do anything to your pro inventory since the inventories don't synchronize.
