Here is the message I get each time I upload(name changes). Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
There is a problem with the batch item titled 'BIRKENSTOCK w/ backstrap MOCHA 39 L8 M6 N'.
Please go to www.AuctionWatch.com and check the status of the listing.
It will only upload one auction listing at a time and gives me the error message after each one. Please help.

Hi cramer,
Is that a listing in your batch? If so, have you checked it to see if there is anything wrong with it?
Regards,
Sonya

It happens to every item in the batch. Uploading stops after one item is uploaded. The funny thing is that the item are uploading, but it says they are not. (only one at a time and I have to delete the one already uploaded or it will double post)
I have started new batches, etc... no luck. Thanks, cramer

Hi Cramer,
I have heard from engineering on this issue. Are you behind a proxy or a firewall by any chance? It looks like an internet communication failure.

Sonya

Hello,
Thanks for the log file.
If you are still having trouble synchronizing images, please try the following:
- delete the image named cb5eef569e4f1dfd067df22cf5a297cc_i_1.JPG from your online account
- using Windows Explorer, go to SMPro's images folder and rename this image, using a short name
- restart SMPro and synch.
As for uploading auctions, please:
- open the SMPro preferences
- go to the tab named Seller Options > Business Tools
- uncheck the preference named "Add batch listings created in SMPro inventory to online inventory"
- schedule and upload an auction, to see if the synch would still fail at the end.
Please let us know if you are still having trouble.

I realize that my little account is not important, according to your email, but I thought you and others might like to know that I just spent the last 2 hours retaking pictures and putting them back on my auctions since in an attempt to try to fix this horrid problem myself, since I am getting no help from you, I deleted, somehow from pro all my online pictures on 33 auctions on ebay. This is a nightmare. And I do not appreciate the fact that now I have to go back to sabasic because your techs cannot help us "3" unimportant individuals out.

Microsoft Home Edition Windows version 5.1 Funny thing about it, Radu, is that it has worked all along and just recently been doing this. Thanks for your continued support, Linda

Hello Linda,
Thanks for the extra information.
We have looked into any possible conflicts or compatibility issues between SMPro and Windows XP. We have checked not only XP's regular kit, but also different combinations of Microsoft-provided security updates, or the Windows XP Service Pack 1. We have been unable to replicate your problem, yet.
We suppose that the cause might be a conflict with another third-party library. Have you installed any new drivers or software lately, which might have caused the SMPro synch failure? Have you used the cable connection all along, including at the time when the program worked properly?
