man this is totally confusing. I want to reconfigure my templetes? where? How? you sure don't make this option easy to find.

Hi Artdoggy,

You will need to first customize your templates online. This can be done either through the Create Listing link or the eBay Site Specifics link in your My Account tab. When you have created some custom templates, you can then synchronize PRO. After you synchronize you will have to quit and restart and the templates will be there for you to use. I hope this helps!
