I have a few combined orders on AW that needs NPBA. It doesn't let me submit it because it is multiple items.

Hi Null,
Unfortunately because it is combined, you have to uncombine it to submit the NPBAs. To uncombine, click the non paying bidder button. Deselect the Relist option, then click on Split Order. You can then send the NPBAs.

Ok that's fine, I'll split the order but I am getting lost on how to do it. I could not find any help online using the search or FAQ's. Can you please send me detail instructions on how do split a combined order?

Hi Null,
If you want to request a credit for a final value fee from us you need to use our refund request form. Unfortunately, submitting the NPBA is only for eBay.
