HELP!!! I have all kinds of auctions scheduled to launch tonight and everytime I upload or synch, I get the same error message of izaharris, check your images online at auctionwatch. I check but I have no idea what I am checking for. Sonya has been helping me in the past few days, but can't replicate. Time is running out. I tried putting all of my images in the default folder hoping that might help, but no go. any ideas. I am desperate. thanks and mir, debi

Hi Debi,
Click the details button the next time you try to synch. Check to see which image it appears to be having an issue with, then remove that image and try to synch again.
See if it gets caught on the next image in your list to be uploaded, or then is able to synch and upload the rest without error.

Hi, I just checked and it deleted ALL BUT 3 OF MY PHOTOS,still won't sink and the pic # which is tremendously long, isn't there. It does seem to also keep deleting my new folders after I create them and name them and hit enter. I cannot save or sinc them since I cannot sinc. I have emptied my cache while waiting. help please. this has been going on for days. thanks, mir, debi

and i just checked my listings I have ready to blast and another repeat problem has occurred, see the following that I copied as it is the error message I am supposed to fix. what i found out it means is none of my listings have any pics now.

Hello,
You say that you were finally able to synch, and when you did, the program just wiped out your images at random?
Did you first delete the problematic picture that was mentioned in the details box, or did you just synch and it happened to delete the images this time without making any changes or removing any images first?
Please try to synch, hit the details button and copy/paste what it says here so we can help you troubleshoot the cause of this issue.

No, I still cannot upload the images. I had to put all the images back from the harddrive to the default images folder and no go with syn again with this error:

and none of my pics have these long #'s or the error number on the other 'check your images on the net site" error message for the so called problem image. In fact a number of these photos are on the internet site already. when I click the images tab, but I would have to rewrite every one of the listings or do a major cut and paste which would make sabasic look like a banquet. and that is hard to do. mir, debi

Hello,
Please close out of the program, and navigate to the AuctionWatch directory on your hard drive. From there, open the 'data' folder and delete the images.mp file. Once deleted, open Pro and synch without trying to upload any batches or new images.
Then, if you can synch, attempt to upload a batch/images.

I am still getting the same message along with a migraine. It just doesn't
work. I deleted the file and closed it. Pro deleted a bunch of my pics and
I tried to delete the rest to get it to sinc like you said. no go. same
message. I closed the batches and there were finally no images on pro at

Hello,
YOu removed all of the images from Pro, and it still gave what error message? The one where it lists the images its trying to upload, and then fails? Does it say the same image is causing the error as before?
You are going to want to backup your images, batches and inventory and just reload the program from scratch. I cannot say what has caused these errors to occur on your system, but the software is either corrupt or something else on your computer is now conflicting. Let's try to eliminate the first possibility by reloading.
I will email you directly, the directions on uninstalling and reloading.

I feel for you! I have spent hours over the last two days trying to resolve problems. I took the initiative yesterday to uninstall and reinstall Pro and it didn't solve a darn thing.

Hello Debi,
I have noticed that you are having trouble repeatedly with the image named '327dc54a33cf9665555841d441a0.JPG'. It might happen that this image is broken and it fails to upload to the AuctionWatch servers, thus blocking every synch attempt.
Please try the following:
1. close SMPro
2. manually delete the '327dc54a33cf9665555841d441a0.JPG' file from the images folder of your SMPro installation
3. please go to the data folder then and remove again the 'Images.map' file
4. you might also want to delete the 'folder.dat' file from the data folder; this would move all your SMPro images to the default folder, but it might indeed help as I understand that the program no longer manages folders properly
5. restart SMPro and synch.

Radu, I have looked and looked and I cannot find that picture number anywhere. If you can, please delete it from your end. And am I right in hearing that it will only use the default folder? Would you please tell your techs not to put out a program for us to test drive. It is not our job to do so. I do not blame you, you are just getting all the static, but I have been working on this for over 24 hrs. and unless you guys want to pay us by the hour, then tell the techs to get the bugs out before they present a program. we get enough of that from win xp. mir, debi
