Okay, I'm loosing it! I've set-up my globle preferences and sync'ed, exited Sales Mgr Pro and reloaded. After I entered in my description info and the weight of the item and get ready to save it, it tells me that one shipping option must be selected!
If I select a shipping option and key in an amt I'm back were I was before, I want the automatic calc. What am I doing wrong? I want the system to calculate shipping for me.

Hi Inmac,
I checked your global preferences online and you don't have USPS Priority calculated selected. You need to go to your My Account tab, go to Global Preferences and select it from the list, then checkmark it. After you save your preferences online, then go to pro and sycnhronize then reload it. It should show up then.
