Thanks for the help a few minutes ago! That was real fast service.
I do have an additional question that you should be able to answer for me. The question is - The WBN's that is sent out at the close of the auction will have the calculated amt correct? Do I need to do anything from my end to make this happen?

Hi Inmac,
As long as you have the calculated shipping set up for that auction and the winner picks it, then yes, it will be calculated. It is based on the zip code you have stored with us, and the zip code that they enter. If you have anyother questions please feel free to ask!

Thank you Sonya, it's nice to have online help and get my questions answered quickly.
Are there sample WBN's available that shows me what the buyer is going to see and what they have to do? I want to be as clear as i can be in my descriptions.

Hi Inmac,
Unfortunately there aren't any samples but since you do have some closed auctions with PSM keys, you can go to the fulfillment checklist and click on the "go to buyer checkout" link to see what the buyer sees. If you are sending WBNs manually, you can click that buyer checkout link to see what it looks like prior to sending.

Okay, I went through some auctions that have ended and tested. Right now the shipping fee is showing $6.99 which is what I set the auction up for originally. So when the new auctions end, there will be a USPS Priority Calculated amt there instead of the $6.99, Right?
Now, under the Ebay settings there is a check out election, If I check that they need to go through check out process and this is what they will see. Right?
What do I put in the dollar field under Ebay settings instead of the $6.99?
Yes that is correct -- after the winner enters their address in, when they continue through checkout, they'll get a confirmation of the price of the item plus the calculated shipping prior to finalizing the checkout.
Are you referring to eBay Checkout here? That is seperate from the AW checkout. If you fill anything out there and you enable it, your customers could potentially use that checkout instead of AW checkout and get confused as to which one you want them to use.
